You can choose to maintain a backup copy of these project files elsewhere. Keep in mind that DSE is not designed to be a multi-user collaborative tool and there may be a chance of losing information with several users working on the same project.
You will usually find them in the 'ProgramData' path of your Windows setup. DesignSpark Electrical auto-saves your projects and pages to a pre-designated folder.
