The whole scene, from the moment she called them Lincoln Log sandwiches, struck me that this was family snack from AJ's childhood. Anyone have an idea of what this is?|||LMAO! I just did the same search for exactly the same reason. I tried looking up lincoln log sandwich and log sandwich, nothing came up. It looked like a hot dog or some kind of sausage, split in half with either cream cheese or sour cream on it. Carmella made some kind of sandwich I had never seen before and she called it a Lincoln log sandwich.
